Job Description
Responsibilities
- Build refresh dashboards at pre-defined frequency to capture key metrics
- Ensure proper Governance of key business deliverables and compliance requirements
- Drive and manage CSBB Leadership meetings
- Create and maintain key business content decks
- 3-5 yrs growth plan tracking, HR/People reporting, BCP reporting etc.
- Develop business strategy and create/execute corresponding business plans and initiatives in consultation with Business owners GSPO Organization.
- Enable CSBB to build their long term Global Delivery Roadmap Planning
- Closely work with Enterprise LOBs, GSPO Org, LOBs / Business functions Global Delivery teams to identify establish new capabilities.
- Design drive senior leadership planning sessions to review the progress of strategic initiatives / programs
- Lead high impact / pan WFIP CSBB transformation programs
- Effectively drive results, provide feedback/direction, and manage and build relationships with leaders and team members in a geographically dispersed team across the bank
- Work effectively in virtual environment where key team members and partners are in various time zones and locations
- Liaise with various stakeholders and prepare for various stakeholder meetings
- Support drive senior leadership visits and track action items for closure
Team Member Engagement:
- Support in driving WFIP CSBB Business Head s TM Engagement Communications Strategy along with Communications team
Essential Qualifications
- Post Graduation in Business Management preferred
- Experience in driving strategic programs in Banking or Financial services industry.
- Ability to communicate effectively, in both written and verbal formats, with senior executive-level leaders
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong change management influencing skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills
- Global Delivery/ Offshoring experience with large multinational companies
- Strong experience of in managing stakeholders across regions
- Experience in working directly with CXOs in the Organization, driving Enterprise wide transformation projects digital agenda
- Strong experience ability to work in ambiguous situations making sense out of it along with working on multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Analytical mind set eye for details to back business assumptions / recommendations with Data Insights.
- Excellent understanding of current industry trends, aspects impacting business models / practices, upcoming technologies
Desired Qualifications
- Overall experience of 8+ years with 5+ years of experience in MIS/Reporting, Business Strategy, Project Management, Operations Management, or similar domain. Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Banking Finance industry
