Job Description

About the Role:

Responsible for facilitating the scrum process on self-contained scrum teams with minimal cross-functional impacts. Guides the scrum team(s) and organization to follow generally accepted Agile/Scrum practices and daily activities to actively promote prioritization, team readiness, and commitment for each Sprint. Uses empirical data to help the team(s) assess their Scrum Maturity, optimize scrum team velocity to organizational KPIs, and identify improvement opportunities to achieve higher levels of team performance.

Responsibilities: Facilitate the discussions, decision making, and conflict resolution

Essential Skills

Graduation with Overall experience of 6+ years
CSM certification
Experience playing the Scrum Master role for at least three years for a software development team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory.

Desired Skills

Second level Scrum Master Certification (CSPO, CSP etc)
Knowledge of other Agile approaches: XP, Kanban, etc
Previous experience of leading a distributed team
