Assist customers with requests/queries online and on the phone
Demonstrate knowledge of products and services to customers
Greet customers in a friendly and polite manner
Contribute to team's daily sales goals
Determines requirements by working with customers.
Ring up customers to assist, take payments, and issue receipts
Coordinate with the team for deliveries and customer service
