Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure that the operation of the Kiln and Cement Mills remain within the environmental operating limits.
- Operate the plant as per the set process parameters
- Provide precise and clear log reports
- Monitor KPIs and optimize the process within the parameters set.
- Operate the Plant to the quality parameters set by the Quality Department.
- Work in conjunction with the shift laboratory staff to monitor, and maintain process remains within targets.
- Inform Shift Coordinator of any deviations from process or quality targets and implement defined corrective actions by contacting the in-charges
- Assess any faults through the DCS system and contact shift support teams for corrective actions.
- Ensure good housekeeping with the working area.
- Take part in cross functional route cause analysis meetings for plant problems or failures.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Should have minimum 10 years of experience in cement manufacturing companies handling CCR operations.
- Knowledge of Cement manufacturing process.
- Knowledge of clinker & cement Quality parameters.
- Operational experience of process control systems, preferably FLS.
- Knowledge of basic safety requirements and all safety procedures & ISO Standards 9001,14001 & OHSAS 18001
