Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities


    1. Coordinating with cross discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
    2. Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues.
    3. Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards.
    4. Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing and summarizing relevant information.
    5. Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution.
    6. Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.
    7. Coordinating the development of user manuals, training materials and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation and turnover of the process or system to the clients.
    8. Identifying and developing new opportunities with clients.
    9. Obtaining customer acceptance of project deliverables.
    10. Managing customer satisfaction within project transition period.
    11. Conducting post project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements.
    12. Responsible for the on-time & quality delivery to customer. Owns the end-end project life cycle
    13. Will be a role model on technology to the team, and be part of the technology component design & development process
    14. Should be detail oriented, hands on person.

Qualifications & Skills

    1. Bachelors Degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
    2. PMP or other related certification would be a Plus
    3. Possess strong knowledge on SDLC/ agile
    4. 5 + years experience as an IT Project Manager
    5. In-depth knowledge of all latest & past technologies, basically technology shouldn't be a barrier.
    6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    7. Able to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
    8. Extensive knowledge & hands on experience on tools for e.g. Basecamp, Jia, MS project, Microsoft Products & others


PMP or PMI certification is a must
