A role within the Organization Creative Data & Analytics team means being a part of the team that enables faster, smarter and more scalable decision-making to compete and win the modern retail market. Here, youll leverage data, statistics and visualization to create the actionable insights that deliver value across all vertical within Organization Creative. We are building a team of savvy reporting and analytics pros who will use market-leading tools and data automation to make a positive impact thats felt across Organization Creative. If youre an analyst who can work on autonomous teams, integrate the latest practices with your approach, simplify complex decisions by providing flexible, fast and sustainable decision-making solutions, then youll be successful here.
As a Process Analyst, you will
Support Organization Creative with ensuring that vendors are setup and paid in adherence to Organization standards while driving increased standards around data governance.
You will help drive resourcing efficiency by reporting on utilization and other KPIs to help Resource Managers resource against projects within Target Creative.
You will work with team members to understand where processes can be improved and work within the Organization creative team to help improve them.

Requirements
Bachelor degree in Commerce/any relevant stream or equivalent educational qualification with 2-3 years experience
Familiarity with Domo, SAP, SQL & Big-Red
Advanced Microsoft Excel and Smart-sheet
Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively and influence stakeholders across Organization Creative
High sense of urgency and self-motivation; ability to innovate and drive optimization or continuous improvement strategies quickly and independently
Excellent problem solving and project management skills
A strong passion for data driven decision-making and an ability to communicate persuasively using data and analytics
