alignment of outsourced call center team with ETLI requirements in terms of efficiency and driving
quality with the support of the verification team.
Roles and Responsibilities
To manage vendor relationship
Leaders(TL) & 40 to 50 telecallers
month on month targets
Leaders(TL) and telecallers.
ensure better performance and succession planning.
Programmes and Projects which impact the contact center
Desired Candidate Profile
-Any Graduate
-Proven experience of managing a contact center and team leaders, agents
- No of years of exp Min 4/5 years.
