Dear Candidate,


We are hiring for Call center Manager with minimum 5 years of team handling of vendors and tele callers of life insurance direct channel.


candidate has to manage the outsourced call centers delivering appointments for South region by ensuring

alignment of outsourced call center team with ETLI requirements in terms of efficiency and driving

quality with the support of the verification team.



Roles and Responsibilities

To manage vendor relationship

  • To drive appointment volumes by Managing a team of 2/ 3 Team

Leaders(TL) & 40 to 50 telecallers

  • To ensure to deliver a conversion as per set benchmark by achieving

month on month targets

  • To manage lead campaign performance
  • To provide leadership, development and coaching of Team

Leaders(TL) and telecallers.

  • To actively engage and support the development of the team to

ensure better performance and succession planning.

  • To contribute to the design and implementation of Change

Programmes and Projects which impact the contact center


Desired Candidate Profile

-Any Graduate

-Proven experience of managing a contact center and team leaders, agents

- No of years of exp Min 4/5 years.
