Roles and Responsibilities

  • Managing day to day operations of team through appropriate production planning
  • Monitors productivity and seek process improvement
  • Performing detailed RCA analysis for any issue identified and lay down preventive measures
  • Act as a SPOC for all onshore queries and ensure appropriate response in a timely manner
  • Daily Client Interaction & Ensure seamless delivery of Service to customers with adherence to all SLAs
  • Nil delays on internal /external reporting front
  • Coaching /Mentoring Team Members
  • Conducting regular one on one with team members and team meetings / huddles
  • Ensuring timely PPDP reviews
  • Help in Staffing/Recruiting
  • Effective leave planning for team to ensure nil impact to production
  • Facilitate cross training to leverage team potential in adverse situations
  • Innovate and continuously improve existing process
  • Must be able to cope with tight timeframes and work in a fast paced environment.
  • Should be Confident, High on Energy and Innovative
  • Should be able to work in a high pressure environment and for long hours
  • Control all information and materials exchange between clients, agencies, sales reps, and internal and external production teams.
  • All of these activities must be performed while adhering to the highest standards of quality and customer service.
  • The ability to solve problems and interact with sales staff and customers is imperative.
  • Coordinate the production of ads and ancillary products between Advertising and HUB.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Should be Graduate
  • Must have working experience of InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator (Mandatory). Acrobat Professional, Flash, other applications used for multi-media ad building (Preferably)
  • Minimum of 5 years Publishing/Media/BPO/KPO experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role of managing 5 TMs
  • Existing TLs or in a role of a Sr. Executive for the recent 3 years
  • Hands on experience in the Media/Publishing domain with end to end knowledge of products and general process structure

  • Good Communication (both verbal & written) and Inter personal skills
  • High Customer service orientation
  • High Analytical abilities, arithmetical & reasoning skills with inclination towards financial services
  • Should have in-depth knowledge of the newspaper/magazine products and services in US/UK markets
  • Team Management Ability & should have managed a team of 5-10 TM's in the last role
  • Client Management Skills
  • Should be able to motivate people
  • Should have Target achievement orientation
  • Ability to work as part of a team and contribute towards team goals
  • Should be able to work in a high pressure environment
  • Flexible to work in night shifts (24*7 shifts)
