Dear Aspirants,

IndusInd Bank is looking for potential candidate who has rich experience in Credit Card / Tele Sales for the role of Center Manager - Chennai Location.

Job Role

• He/She will be managing the complete sales and operations of Chennai location end to end.
• Span of control will be 100-125 FTEs(IBL/IBL-C/Vendor staff)
• Will be managing 2 centers in Chennai Karapakkam office and Sun BSS office (vendor location)
• Will have 6-7 direct reports (Sales Managers). Each SM manages 12-15 telecallers.
• Quality, verification & training team members will also directly report into this role.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Candidate currently working for a bank/BFSI organisation.
• BFSI Telesales/Cross-sell experience is a must.
• Working experience of dialer environment Aspect, Avaya is a must.
• Preference will be given to candidates who are located in Chennai & currently working in Chennai.
• Multi lingual with understanding of English & Hindi is a must.
• Good communication skills and good track record of managing sales/telesales team.
• Excellent computer skills Microsoft Word, Excel & Powerpoint.
• Track record and understanding of managing telesales productivity, agent talktime.
