Job Description

Duties

  • Close cooperation with the accounting company. (Collection and Delivery of invoices, payment and invoice matching, payment dates)
  • Performing office tasks such as filing, generating presentations, processing the incoming mails (in*o@...).
  • Screening phone calls (Manager & 3rd parties) and routing callers to the appropriate party.
  • Updating ledgers, budgets, etc.
  • Preparing financial reports.
  • Providing real-time scheduling support by setting up meetings.
  • Making travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars and making hotel and restaurant reservations.
  • Key usage of CRM (Pylon) training of newcomers support and back up.
  • Collect and enter data for various financial spreadsheets.
  • Create, send, follow up and file invoices.
  • Processing expenses sheets.
  • Monitoring stationary levels and ordering office supplies.
  • Support all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
  • File and update digital or non digital records of employees.
  • Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
  • Coordinate, follow-up and notify the manager training sessions.
  • Perform Staff duties (if necessary).
  • Assist colleagues.

People from Entertainment background or Cinema house would be preferred
