Job Description

We are looking for a L1 Network Engineer with experience in Network Devices primarily LAN, Wireless and Firewall.
CCNA/ CCNP certified
2 + years experience in network support
Worked / experience on ticketing tools/ CRM's, documentation of tickets
knowledge of switches, routers and wireless.
Excellent verbal communication and writing skills is a must .

Prior experience of handling US Customers is a must

Candidate should be comfortable with 24*7 shift timings
