Career Development Executive - The ideal candidate should have decent communication skills and the ability to develop a trusting environment while assisting students and parents gain a better understanding of their learning habits and choose the right course.
What you will be doing
Validate and manage the leads generated through the different activities.
Use various Sales Methods (cold callings)
Experience in field sales (Not Mandatory but candidates should be willing to got for F2F meetings at client location)
Record and maintain the quality of leads and ensure the progression of leads from identification to closure.
Maintain a quality pipeline by targeting the right set of audience and weekly Closure by continuous follow-up.
Should have a keen Interest and deep understanding of the product(top scholars) and education Industry
Provide counselling to students and help them choose the right learningmodule.
Willing to travel within city limits & convince the customers (i.e. parents) to purchase Toppscholars learning app to improve their childrens quality of education and academic result.
Ensure end-to-end delivery and sustain the giventargets.
Working Days: Wednesday to Monday (Tuesdays Fixed Off)
Work Timings: 10:00 am 07:00 pm
Interview Timing - Friday- 11.00 am to 8.00 pm
