Job Description
We are seeking an Operations Associate (Sales & Marketing) to be a part of our company with the social objective of providing better job and livelihood opportunities to Indians.
Roles and Responsibilities these are indicative:
- Account management and candidate engagement:
- The Associate will manage 1-2 international client accounts and will be the first filter for most candidates. The Associate will need to comprehend and communicate all aspects of the positions and represent Magic Billion to the world. S/he would be responsible to ensure candidates of the right quality, in the right quantity, are processed in the desired time frame. Once candidates are shortlisted, the Associate will be responsible for all engagement with the candidate, till they leave India (and sometimes even after).
- Database management:
- The Associate will need to understand the right profiles for each international opportunity we are sourcing for, filter from databases and networks, and document all the requisite data.
- Communications:
- Design appealing marketing material and support with social media engagement.
- Others:
- Being a startup, there will be many other areas of work; the Associate is expected to work collaboratively with the Founders on identified business needs.
Essential Skills (Candidates should have a Bachelors degree, 2 years of sales experience, like academic counsellors, preferred)
- Problem solver and go-getter attitude
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal and ability to nurture relationships; ability to work in remote settings (the Associate will report to the Co-Founder who is London based)
- Should be able to sell the products and the dream!
- Detail oriented - focus on diligence, time management and quality of work
