Balajee Infratech and Constructions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for Site Accountant profile - for multiple location in india.
Looking for someone who has worked in Accountant experience in any industry & Experience in Construction/ Infrastructure industry only.
This requirement is at construction site only as site accountant not in HO/Corporate Office.
Please find below the Roles and Responsibility
Objective
We are looking for candidates for 2-3 Site Accountant.
* These positions will be part of the Accounts Team at any of the sites. The site Accounts team reports to the HO F&A team with an administrative reporting to the Site-in-Charge.
* This position would be responsible for handling the relevant Accounting/Finance Function at the respective project-sites. This involves accounting entries, cash & bank, processing payments, GST & TDS compliances etc. This position may be also responsible for certain Budgets & MIS reports.
* Requirements are likely to be at project-sites in multiple location. However, the candidates should be ready to be relocated to other sites as may be necessary from time to time.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Accounting & Closure of Accounts
* Effecting relevant Entries in Accounting system
* BRS, Inter Branch and other Reconciliations
* Allocation of Cost, Closing & Provisional Entries
Cash & Bank
* Custodian of Cash & Bank Balance
* Proper Approval & Recording process
* Reports as may be necessary
Processing Payments
* Processing Payments/ Requisitions through Accounting Systems
* Accounting Entries & Advices
Compliances
* Mainly GST & TDS,
Software- Tally erp 9
Other Jobs
* Billing and Reconciliation of Clients' balances
* Others as may be needed
