We are an Executive search firm looking for below mentioned profile for our client:-

Company: It is part of the National Academy group which has one of the largest event management colleges and Sports management colleges in the country. They are affiliated to various prominent universities and command leadership positions in the education sector ever since their inception in the year 2000. They have Pan India presence with campuses in Mumbai, Delhi, Ahmedabad, Jaipur, and Dubai.

Designation: Program Manager (with good faculty Experience)

Location: Malad

Qualification: Any Graduate fromB.Tech/B.E. Computers/Mechanical/Electronics or B Sc or M Sc in any Stream

Job Description:

• Designing STEAM Education Curriculum- Handling a team of Curriculum Developers and Subject Matter Experts, map STEAM concepts to ideated projects, develop lesson plans, teacher resources, manuals, worksheets and assessments for CBSE, ICSE and IGCSE boards
• Implementation of STEAM Education Program in different schools- Handling a team of STEAM facilitators, ensure delivery of sessions using STEAM methodology and taking classroom observation to maintain quality of the program
• Managing STEAM program operations- Organizing schedules of facilitators at schools, taking audits of equipment deployed at schools and organizing annual STEAM event at each school
• Programme orientation/workshop for teachers
• Strategize and plan teacher training programme for more than 25 schools (in West, North and South India) to empower teachers to create a learner centric environment and provide a powerful teaching tool
• Reporting on outcomes and impact of the orientation/workshops
• Relationship management with clients
• Coordination with school teachers and management for smooth implementation of the programme
• Provide quality support to the clientele in form of classroom visits and conduct role play situations.
• Quality check/audit visits at schools to ensure impeccable delivery of materials
• Renewal and payment collection at schools
•  

Must Have Excellent Communication Skills .
