Job Description
Position: Junior Recruitment Consultant
Shift: Night Shift (07:30PM IST till 03:30AM IST)
Reporting: Recruiting Manager
Years of Experience: 1-3 years.
Location: Remote
Joining Time: Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.

We are looking to add dynamic recruiters to the team! As a Recruiter with Techaxis you will have active involvement in sourcing senior sales and delivery profiles for multiple technology, BFSI, and Lifesciences companies in North America and Europe.
A typical day entails, but is not limited to, the following:
- Sourcing, recruiting, and screening candidates for full time positions with our clients in the US and Europe.
- Matching candidate skills, availability, location, and salary to open job requisitions.
- Tracking and maintaining a database of candidates contacted through their skills, location etc.
- Ability to meet company hiring targets.
Responsibilities include:
- Review the job description that is provided by the clients.
- Look for candidates through LinkedIn search primarily, and through different portals: CareerBuilder, Monster, Dice, and Ladders.
- Reaching out to the fit and interested candidates to discuss the position through email or cold call.
- Rate and benefit negotiations with the interested candidates.
- Finally assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes and present candidates resume to the hiring manager to scrutinize.
- Following up with the hiring managers regarding the submission status.
- Following up with the candidates to check their present status and availability.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Minimum 1+ year experience working in a corporate or placement agency recruiting environment preferably in technology hiring.
- Ability to work & thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented, team environment.
- Ability to handle & manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize & reprioritize.
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
- Professional presentation and ability to interface with clients & candidates.
- Ability to make decisions, take direction, and execute a plan.
- Dedication, and hard worker who has a passion for success.
- Willingness to work in Night Shifts.
Please Note:
- This role involves working in US hours (07:30PM IST to 03:30AM IST).
- This will be a 100% individual contributors role.
- This is a 100% remote role.
- Work Week: Monday Friday.
