About the Role
- Collaborate with the Process Engineering Managers and leaders in driving and implementing technical solutions for the Process Definition team. Resource would do this in conjunction with Scrum Masters, Developers, QAs etc. aligned to EBPM and Technology teams.
- This individual contributor TM will work closely with Technology partners and EBPM leaders to ensure successful development and delivery of the projects.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical and analytical support on various process strategies
Gather Business requirements critical to meeting compliance and regulatory requirement and extract technical deliverables. - Use data and statistical analysis to provide direction and support for project decisions
- Define and document functional, nonfunctional requirements to meet the business requirements.
- Design data integration framework to enable data integration between multiple systems of records.
- Use technology solution as a mean to accelerate Process Definition and ensure data quality between synced systems.
- Understand the fundamental concepts of business process mapping and process modelling to provide direction and technical support during the roll out of key Process definition requirements.
- Design workflows to accelerate manual efforts in the Process Definition teams.
- Determine critical root cause analysis to drive strategic change to improve the current process environment
- Ensure full integration of all processes and linkages in line with the best practices alongside the standards and conventions as set by the organization
- Consolidate data from various sources to formulate recommendations and compose briefings suitable for presenting to senior management
- Maintain daily/ weekly project and program reporting as needed by the Line of Business / onshore partners
- Attend various Scrum ceremonies and other Group BPM meetings
Remove project obstacles, develop solutions with team - Ensure milestones are reached and deadlines are met throughout sprint lifecycle
- Ensure all appropriate steps of the Scrum Framework are followed and the best results are achieved.
- Ensure to attend Sprint reviews and retrospectives as conducted, and document the same so the same is used for further improving the outcomes of subsequent cycles.
- Report all measures and metrics are captured on agreed frequencies in time to all appropriate stakeholders.
- Use data visualization techniques to make the reports help leaders take actionable improvements
