Opening for the post of Development Manager - Agency Channel

Job Description:

• Building a team of PFAs / Agents
• Identifying prospective PFAs / Agents as per the guidelines of the organization.
• Activation of successfully appointed new PFAs / Agents and ensuring their motivation to sell.
• Achieving the number of active PFAs / Agents in his / her team as per the organization's targets.
• Prepare monthly and annual action plans to achieve his/her goals.
• Measurement and tracking of relevant metrics for PFAs / Agents.
• Identify training needs across the team.
• Maintain ongoing communication and connect with the team to share details of upcoming contests, R&R, processes, etc.

Required Candidate Profile:

• Strong market and contact base
• Decent communication skills
• Presentable
• Experience and knowledge of Insurance will be preferable.
• Insurance Agents can also apply if looking for full time job opportunity
• Experience - 2 to 10 years

Job Locations: Gurugram, Faridabad, Jaipur, Yamunanagar, Udaipur, Jodhpur

Fixed CTC Range: 2.5 LPA to 3 LPA + Unlimited Incentives + Mediclaim Benefit
