Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Technology background in Microsoft, microservices, CMS and managed large enterprise projects end to end across various SDLC phases.
- Must have around 12-15 years of experience for managing Fixed bid projects in past for at least 3 years in a capacity as Delivery Manager.
- Strong communication skills- both verbal & written.
- Strong technical knowledge on skills like (Java etc) mandatory.
- SPM is responsible for overseeing all aspects of project In this case CMS migration based on MS platform, microservices and experience of any CMS migration projects.
- Should have experience in delivering large enterprise level projects across SDLC -Incubation to production movement
- Should have good experience in planning for CI/CD, DevOps, Testing and production deployment
- Thought leadership and always think ahead on what can go wrong
- Accomplish project deliverables through project team by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising about results expected
- Should be able to develop a detailed project plan in mpp and has experience in ADO
- Manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
- Measure project performance continuously and ensure projects are on green
- Report and escalate to management both at client and internally as needed. Track it closure
- Stakeholder management is critical. Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Issue and risk management to minimize project risks and mitigation
Desired Candidate Profile
- Very Good Communication Skills
- Has experience of Microsoft, microservices, CMS and managed large enterprise projects end to end across various SDLC phases.
- Managing a Team size of 20+ People
- Location will be Bangalore-Koramangala or Whitefield.
- Can join within 1-2 months
- Is from Bangalore Location or ready to relocate to Bangalore
- Has experience of Fixed Bid, Agile, Java/Asp.net.
- Has 15+ Years of experience.
