Location: Kalyani Nagar, Pune
Shift: PST

We're looking for seasoned Recruiters to join our team and help us continue our growth. The Recruiter position requires the following:
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in US staffing with expertise in IT recruitment.
- Engineering / Computer / IT qualification.
- Must have experience working in a VMS/MSP environment as well as a direct staffing model.
- Solid understanding of technology.
- Expertise in W2 hiring.
- Expert in searching US job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.) and conducting passive searches.
- Must have experience in sourcing/searching and recruiting the candidates on various skill set as per job specifications.
Role Specification
- Conduct initial candidate interviews by phone to determine the experience and skill level.
- Ensure that resume appropriately reflects candidate experience and client requirements.
- Negotiate salaries with candidates and pay rates with subcontracting companies to fill and close the position.
- Arrange client interviews and work with the HR team to complete the required paperwork when a candidate gets hired for a position.
- Act as first point-of-contact for consultant and maintain the relationship with the consultant.
- Ensure that an adequate number of qualified candidates are submitted for all assigned client requirements in a timely manner.
