Job Description

Responsibilities

Primary Skills: Abinitio, Unix Shell scripting, Oracle, Teradata Functional testing,
Secondary Skills: Infomatica, Talend, Bigdata stack Scheduling tools, RDBMS Concepts, Data Lakes.
Domain Knowledge: Banking, Retail
Minimum Experience (in years) : 8-11 yrs
Responsible for design ,develop, testing and delivery of software solutions within the ETL platform using Ab Initio.
Business intelligence developer who can implement ETL solutions for clients in different industries dealing with various types of challenging data.
Should have experience with SQL database programming, SQL performance tuning, relational model analysis.
Good understanding on Abinitio features like Workload management, Workflow management, Continuous Flows, EME and Express>IT
Good experience in developing UNIX scripts, Oracle SQL/PL-SQL.
Extensive knowledge on Data warehousing concepts.
Must have the ability to relate to both business and technical members of the team and possess excellent communication skills.
Should be able to provide oversight and technical guidance for developers on Ab Initio.
Candidates must have outstanding analytical and problem solving skills and a good grasp of the technical side of business intelligence.
Working knowledge of relational data structures / models / relationships
Responsible for performance tuning and scalability improvements of distributed applications
Researching and evaluation of new tools and technologies to solve business problems
Responsible for development of advanced analytics solutions and integrating new tools to improve server capacity, SLAs, process automation
Translates business concepts to technical implementations to drive alignment and decision making
Works on an geographically dispersed team embracing Agile strategies for themselves and others while driving adoption to enable greater technology and business value
