Job description
DESIGN & PLANNING:
Heat load estimation by HAP/Excel sheet
Pumps head and fan static pressure calculation, duct sizing, pipe sizing.
Preparing basic system design & its implementation on shop drawing.
Preparing schematic drawing.
Equipment selection as Chiller, Pump, Cooling tower, Air handling unit, Fan, Airwasher.
Vendor finalization.
Preparing technical data sheet as per contract required specification
Approval of Design / Drawing/technical data sheet.
Preparation final B.O.Q as per final approved design.
Follow standard as IS, SMCANA, ASHRAE, and ISHRAE, as per contract requirement.
Preparation Project schedule by either MSP or Excel sheet.
Managing material & manpower mobilization.
Get the HVAC system installed as per approved drawings/specification.
Responsibility for proper execution of project at site & effective quality control.
Documentation related to project & site.
Responsibility for time bound completion of project.
Coordination with client & site personnel.
Participate in regular client meeting either alone or with a senior to ensure an excellent working relationship is maintained, through the consistent delivery o f quality services.
Proposing alternatives ways of completing a task in case of deviations from proposed design.
Approval of deviation statement & extra item if bill of quantity is increased.
Handing over the installed system to client & completing of documentation regarding closing of project.
Preparing all handing over documents & as built drawings.
