Hi,

We are having openings for Agency Development Manager in MNC Health & Life Insurance

Job location: Mumbai / Navi Mumbai / Thane / Pune / Ahmedabad / Gujarat All Over.

CTC: Upto 5Lac + Perks

Age-23 to 35.

Purpose of Role:-

ADM will be recruiting advisors, handling the team & generating business from them. Achieve sales target in his/ her assigned territory.
Appointing the sales force team who is already having an IRDA certification.Engage, motivate and train the agents to achieve company's targets.
Continuously review Agency Sales Force performance and their productivity and set new targets.

Desired Candidate Profile:-

* Minimum Qualification-Graduate.

* 2 year experience in Insurance sales. Experience in Insurance, Banking, Broking, Financial product selling, Telecom, Consumer Goods Pharma sales.

* Need to have hunger for growth in life.

* Proficiency in English and local language.

* Need aggressive, ambitious, clear thought process guys.
