  1. Position Summary:

Achieve targeted business results in the Retail business through effective implementation of Branch strategy into Operational effectiveness. Provide leadership and motivation to your agents team towards raising of performance standards, and work effectively with the external environment and be a valuable resource to the Company.

C. Job Specifications:

  • Graduate (10+2+3) / Post graduate or equivalent
  • More than 3+ years of experience in Mortgage/Housing Finance Company/Housing Loan/LAP/ Insurance Industry.
  • Experience in the life insurance industry / any other industry in sales role is desirable
  • Good Communication Skills

D. Job Description:

  • To ensure that business objectives are met and that a clear strategy is developed and communicated.
  • Building long term mortgage/DSA partner distribution which is geared up for tomorrow, is robust and ensures steady business
  • Being a distributor, DSAs are also key stakeholders and hence the incumbent will play a key role in contributing product design through client insights, managing DSAs and ensuring smooth working.
  • Execute sales strategy to increase brand presence & direct reach to customers through various initiatives.
  • Execution of sales strategy Increase market reach and penetration through market segmentation.
