Tech Mahindra Hyderabad is hiring candidates who can join us immediately for one of the renowned International Voice Process.

Job Description:

Handle US based customers on call to resolve miscellaneous queries based on Broadband, PSTN & DTH. Queries are mostly related to Billing, Offers & Sales.

Candidate should have good command over Customer Centric factors.

Criteria:

Undergrads / Grads with minimum of 1 year documented experience in Voice Process (B2C preferred).
Should have excellent English communication skills.
Basic Billing & Sales Knowledge Skills
Good Convincing & negotiation Skills.
Basic knowledge about billing & sales.
Flexible with rotational shift.
