Job Description
Position: Team Leader
Location: Thane
Product: Equity
Qualification: Min Graduation
Experience: 2+ years into Team handling
Job Profile:
- Comfortable working on a Sales Target
- Maintain client relationship and provide the best service.
- Excellent Communication Interpersonal skills & Convincing Skill.
- Fluent English, emailing, calling, chatting, other communication*
- To ensure quality parameters are met and TAT to respond to the customer is maintained
- Responsible for collating Margins on account & Selling Mutual Funds
- To escalate all CRMs that have not been closed within TAT or have been closed inadequately
- To ensure that the defined productivity targets on service levels, call handling time, quality parameters are met consistently
- To ensure zero-defect processing of all customer requests
- To ensure complete and accurate resolution within the defined TATs.
- To ensure process compliance as per the set Audit and Service Quality guidelines
- Responsible for ensuring the delivery of competent and consistent service in line with set standards that results in enhanced customer experience.
- recruiting new team members as per business needs
Skills:
- Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, Convincing & Selling Skills.
- Languages known - English, Hindi & Marathi
- Share Market & Equity knowledge is mandatory
- Aggressive / sales-oriented candidates
