Eligibility - Any undergraduates with 24 months or Graduates with 12 months of telecom voice experience may apply.

- Should be responsible to give the right resolutions to the customer concerns/queries.

- Efficient in handling the calls by giving accurate information facing the customers.

- Must have team management skills & multi-tasking ability.

- Have to be flexible with rotational shifts.

- Working days - 5

- Transport facility will be provided (2 way)

Package- 2.5L to 4.0L

Years - 1 to 6yr

Location- Hyderabad
