We have opening for Supply Chain Executive at Guwahati location.

Responsible for new projects in Filling supply chain
Guide & Implement modern manufacturing processes MMEM 5s, TPM , TQM and Six Sigma
Ensure timely availability of Finished Goods for FG dispatch
Make filling plan at the beginning of block & update it on daily basis based on Actuals.
While making filling plan ensure capacity utilization's of Filling
Timely procurement / purchase of Pkg. Materials for Filling from
Maintain PM Inventory as per norms
Corrective action at supplier end based on Customers feedback or PQA findings
Implementations of New Product / New artwork
Blow moulding planning
Managing the position building of FG
Effective control on PM losses and timely accounting of the same.
Maintaining Quality standards for PM & FG Stores
New vendor development for Packaging Material
Keep record and close watch on inventory stocks basis on Min-Max.

Skills and Competencies
Good communication skills in English , Hindi, Assamese (Preference will be given to candidate knowing Assamese)
Computer Literacy
Production Planning Control
Accounts, SAP, Stores, Purchase
Exposure in Production involved in Process Industry
Basic knowledge of TPM, 5S and Six sigma
