JOB DESCRIPTION (JD) Purpose of Role
" Recruit Insurance Partner (Advisors with Fixed Salaries + Commisions & Incentives) and Source Business for the Company
Description of Role
Primary Responsibility is to recruit Insurance Managers as per plan
Activate IMs on a monthly basis as per given plan
Ensure Active Advisor productivity is maitained as per the plan
Understand, Monitor & Develop the Agents and ensure that they meet the Career Progression from TA's to SA's and AO's as per the Agency Structure.
Generate Revenue and Acquire New Customers for Life and Non Life Division
Mandatory Attendance at all Meetings & Training Programs as decided from time to time by Management.
Ensure 2 Joint Calls are made on a daily basis
Review with Reporting Manager on a Weekly Basis
Conduct Meetings with reporting Agents on a ongoing basis.
Comply with all the Policies and Procedures laid down by the Company"

Sales Orientation Education & Experience
1 Minimum Graduate
2 Team Management
3 2 - 10 Years of work experience In sales
4 Business Acumen
5 Self Motivated and able to handle pressure
