Experience - Min 4 yrs
CTC - 4 to 6 LPA
Job Location - Panvel
Qualification - Graduate
Job Description :
- Keep records of sales associates productivity
- Demonstrated analytical, accuracy, and problem-solving skills in a strong customer service environment.
- Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability.
- Develop effective training programs that teach sales associates how to acquire customers, negotiate deals, secure financing and complete paperwork for the sale.
- Interpret and communicate overall organizational purpose, critical measures, strategies and progress as it relates to the department and individual team member goals and success.
- Provide broad based recognition by recognizing positive behaviors, achievements, and results exhibited by team members across the organization in a consistent and professional manner.
- Review and communicate performance standards and expectations of team members as often as necessary to ensure accountability and effective execution.
- Provide open and transparent communication with team members and departments across the organization.
- Compiling and analyzing sales figures
- Collecting customer feedback and market research
- Good command over English language is a must and Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of fundamental deposit and loan concepts and practices preferred.
Desired Candidate Skill:
- Should be graduate
- Should have 4 years of experience as meeting face to face to clients
- Manage Entire sale cycle from lead generation to finalizing the deal.
- Conducting training and briefing sessions with sales team.
- Provide excellent service to customer.
