Job Description
- Role :Program/Project Manager
- Role Description :Develop and execute activities related to end-to-end project management, including project plans and estimates, scoping and requirements through implementation and deployment. Proactively monitor, manage and report on execution of deliverables.

- Key Responsibilities : A:They are responsible for the daily management through the life cycle of the program B:They define the program controls, that is the processes, procedures, reporting, etc, to manage the program C:They plan the overall program and monitor progress to make sure that milestones are being met across the various projects and programs D:They manage the program budget E:They manage the risks and issues that might and do arise over the course of the program life cycle, as well as take measures
- Technical Experience : A:They need to have strong experience as a project manager of a large and complex project B:They need to have a broad knowledge of project and program management methodologies C:They need to understand the wider objectives of the program, such as business and strategic goals D:They need to have an ability to work with a wide range of individuals E:They need strong leadership and managerial skills with appropriate experience F:They need a strong knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation
- Professional Attributes : A: Resource should have good communication skills B: Resource should have good leadership skills
