Hospitality Job in Germany, with potential for PR!

Roles and Responsibilities
1. Magic Billion (www.magicbillion.in) is an Official Member of Government of India's Skill India Program, please see nsdcindia.org/iisc-network (Ser 31). This is an official job advertisement based on Contract signed with a national industry organisation in Germany.
2. The Program: 3 year Job Contract + Training with Stipend for 3 years with a guaranteed Job post completion (basis performance). Candidates will also receive a dual Bachelor level degree in the hospitality sector.
Desired Candidate Profile
- German A1-B1 Language Certificate from Goethe.
- Basic German language skills
- At least 12th class with some experience of hospitality trades preferable.
- Good physical condition.
- Good communication skills.
- Looking for a long-term career in Germany and possibly PR.
Perks and Benefits
- During On the Job Training candidates would earn Eu 780 per month in 1st year, Eu 900 per month in 2nd year and Eu 1100 in 3rd Year
- Overtime/extra time options to earn 300-400 Eu per month (40 hours/month).
- After completion of the program candidates are eligible to work as licensed professionals all over Germany and EU, with a minimum salary of Eu 2100-2500 PM or INR 2 Lakhs PM.
- Employers prefer candidates looking for a long-term career in Germany and possibly Permanent Residency.
- Before Commencement of Program, Provisional Offer Letters will be provided by employers with guaranteed jobs after the program+ OJT
