Job Description:
*Work closely with industry experts & academic leaders to design program features.
*Manage program development and delivery processes including timelines, budgets. Innovate to develop scalable processes
*Close partnerships with leading corporate to strengthen program offering
*Manage execution of program tasks, end-to-end with the verticals of Management, IT, Finance, Humanities, Health, Operations, Marketing, etc.
*Innovate on new program features, strategies and identify new growth opportunities (new E-learning markets & trends, Management, IT, Finance, Humanities, Health, Operations, Marketing etc.)
*Must be sales Oriented & must have dealt with sales target.
*Must have knowledge about P & L, presentable.
Eligibility:-
*Excellent written, communication, research and analytical skills
*Ability to think creatively about business problems and come up with solutions
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and get the work done
* Ability to work on multiple tasks independently
* Ability to define and complete work within deadlines
* Proficient knowledge of MS Office Suite ,presentations
* Track-record of taking ownership of entire-tasks/ should be able to work with little or no supervision
*Experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Operations & Management Consulting will be an added advantage.
*Must be Senior Level profile
Age criteria: - 35(or above) & must be only from E-Learning background.
