Job Description
- Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
- Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
- Maintains security and telecommunications system.
- Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries.
- Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.
- Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, and issuing visitor badges.
- Operates telecommunication system by following manufacturer's instructions for house phone and console operation.
- Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: Interview, Offer, Negotiation and Close candidates for assigned requisitions.
- Sourcing from Job Portals, Making job postings on the Job Portal.
- Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of Submittals into interview and placement.
- Responsible for Strategy Development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets.
- Validation of Resumes for experience and verification of work status.
- Applied sourcing methods to find the right candidates by leveraging different tools like job portals (Naukri, Monster), networking sites like LinkedIn and referrals.
- Gathering information about candidates (Work experience, present and expected compensation, location/relocation information, Notice Period, availability for the interview, and motivation factors, etc.).
- Conducting preliminary round of interviews of candidates.
- Scheduling the interviews & arranging for Walk-in drives.
