Job description:
Provides superior guest care via online chat, text, phone, and email as a trusted advisor
to help families book their vacation.
Enter booking and payment information into our reservations system, assign room units,
and amend existing reservations as required
Answer guest and timeshare owner questions about vacation destinations, resort residence,
and other general inquiries
Handle service issues to ensure our guests problems are resolved in an efficient and timely
manager while de-escalating a potential upset guest
Complete data entry and analysis special projects as assigned
Candidate Qualifications/Experience:
3+ years of customer service experience, ideally in hospitality/Travel Industry
Proficient in English (speaking and written)
Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work independently
Solid data entry and solid analytical skills
Creative problem solving abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem solving skills, using sound judgment to make decisions
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
