Job Description
This is a technical contract to hire position with min 5-7 years of software development experience in
mobile and web technologies.
End-to-end application development and delivery management including client management,
business user interactions, project management, resource management and technical leadership.
Lead complex projects/programs from conceptual design to implementation and manage delivery
Own the development lifecycle and leverage Agile Scrum methodology to deliver the project.
Manage project work in alignment with the Statement of Work (SOW) obligations and ensure
accurate team reporting of billable hours for efficient client invoicing against the project budget
on a periodical basis.
Oversee project estimations, and development of project deliverables. Establish and maintain
processes to manage scope throughout the project lifecycle. Identify and manage project issues.
Set project quality and performance standards. Assess and manage technical risk over the project
lifecycle. Maintain project tracking and information systems.
Responsible for ongoing client satisfaction. Manage peer-level client relationships (expectation,
communication, negotiation, escalation, feedback, etc.)
Mentor development teams, encourage adoptions of latest technologies, promote use of best
practices and design patterns.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
Report status development, operations, and system performance and escalate to management in
a timely & professional manner.
Work with senior management, sales, finance team to create Engineer department growth
strategy, budget, and measurable management objectives.
Able to guide the team through the development, testing and implementation stages and review
the completed work effectively. Skills:
C++, C#, JAVA/J2EE / Web Application / Mobile Applications professional having 5-7 years of
development, project /delivery management experience in IT sector is a must
Full-stack development experience in .net, PHP, Magento framework, Python, JavaScript,
CSS3, HTML5, WordPress with WooCommerce, MVC Frameworks, Odoo is a must
Must have experience on developing and leading application teams, deploying applications in
SAAS, taking care of availability, security, scalability, multi-tenancy, and manageability cost
effectively
Development Process specialist specifically in Agile Scrum methodology
Experience in executing project through SDLC from Analysis, Work Estimations and Scheduling
up to production Deployment Must have knowledge of OOPS concepts, Design patterns & UML Skills for Application/module
designs
Hands-on experience of implementing Engineering Build, Deployment Process - Continuous
Integration using SVN, GIT, CruiseControl.Net, NANT, Apache Ant, Apache Maven, Jenkins,
Hudson.
Certification in Project Management Preferred
Must have prior experience in managing multiple project teams working across Web
Applications like ERP, CRM or ecommerce space
Excellent client-facing, written and verbal communication skills. Delegate and allocate
responsibilities efficiently to manage projects end to end
Resource management skills and ability to handle complex / sensitive issues
Proficient in handling the most complex of technical development concepts, latest software
tools and technologies and designing techniques
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills Manages
technical resources within budget and project schedule
Ability to match project tasks with opportunities for development so that employee potential
is utilized to the maximum
Experience in embedded technologies would be an added advantage
Basic awareness with emerging technologies like AI, Machine Learning, AR, MR, XR
