Job Description

Manages and leads a team of employees. Communicates company goals, safety practices, and deadlines to team. Motivates team members and assesses performance. Provides help to management, including hiring and training, and keeps management updated on team performance.
Responsibilities
Coach team members. An effective team leader coaches members on achieving goals and developing necessary skills that get results.
Develop team strengths and improve weaknesses. .
Identify team goals and evaluate team progress. .
Team Leader Qualification Requirements-
10+2,Graduation,
Proven work experience as a team leader or manager.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Organisational and time-management skills.
Salary-16,000/- to 48,000/-
Age-18 Years

Work Industry-/Automobiles/Finance,Banking,
