We have a job opening for Vendor Executive (Male only)
Designation: Vendor Executive (Male only)
Qualification: Mechanical background - MUST!- DME / B. tech
Product / Industry: Precision components(preferred) / Machine manufacturing
experience: 2 to 3 Years.
Location: Western Mumbai.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Working with Stores and Purchase Team
Job work specialist
Understand drawing and job requirements (precision components)
Find & Identify the correct vendor, explain the job/drawing and get it made - on time and to the required quality.
Workout process & cost for job work (with the Senior)
Daily follow-up and correspondence with vendors timely delivery tracker
Technical support to the vendor to solve problems/queries
60% on the field and 40% in office
Maintain min-max (no stock out) - repeat stock orders (with Stores)
New development projects (with Senior)
Vendor performance evaluation - Quarterly (with Senior)
the vendor is related to product development & getting job work done from outside parties.
1. Hence, we must check on Vendoring exp.
2. Understand drawings & job requirement
3. Who has process knowledge of CNC, VMC, wire cut, grinding machine
4. Must have worked in engineering, precision mftg, or any machine mftg company
5. Must have handled vendors in order to get the job work done. (like CNC turning, milling, grinding, hardening, heat treatment, etc.)
