Work Location: Chennai (OMR Thoraipakkam).
- Senior Consultant with extensive expertise in various modules of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM (Global HR, Payroll , Absence Management, Performance and Goal Management, Career Development, Talent Review and succession planning) as follows
- Profile Management
- Goal Setting
- Mid-Year Review
- End of year appraisal
- Probation Review
- Career Development
- Talent Review Preparation
- Conduct Talent Review Meeting
- Manage Succession Plan
- Minimum of 7-8 years of Experience in the areas of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM (HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Performance and Goal Management, Career Development, Talent Review and succession planning) In addition to hands-on configuration skills, a good working knowledge of legislative requirements.
- He should have the implementation experience in minimum 5 to 6 projects in Fusion Cloud Talent Management.
- Should have the knowledge in OKR and BSC performance management model
- Ensure end to end setup for Cloud HCM setup for conducting FP1, FP2, UAT and go live in staging as well as live instance. Engage with clients and lead workshops to define business requirements
- Skilled at Business Processes Analysis, Functional Requirements Specification, Gap Analysis, Solution Design, mapping project co-ordination activities, key user training, UAT Sessions and team status review, steering committee meeting .Change Management & Implementation of Enterprise Solutions and ensuring that its in accordance with the legislative rules.
- Good Knowledge in OTBI Report & Workflow concepts
- Ability to design, test, deploy business processes and configurations
- Providing leadership and vision for sustaining the process; assigning the specific roles and responsibilities to the team members and ensuring the timely and effective delivery completion of tasks and activities
- Creating the documents pertaining to the implementation like RD020, BR010, BP080, BR100, TE040, MD050 which includes Functional designs for Business Intelligence reports, Configure dash boards
- Provide functional input to technical consultant for loading the data through spread sheet loader and HDL
- Personalize the fusion application for business user experience through sandbox
- Co-Ordination with current IT Team and prepare data migration strategy, production cut-over plan
- Prefer candidates with Oracle Fusion Cloud Talent Management Certification.
- Able to set-up the system to meet the desired business process and requirements
- Develop testing scenarios, test scripts and leading teams in unit, integration and acceptance testing
- Ability to understand integrations with other modules like Oracle Fusion Cloud Modules, EBS HRMS & Financial modules.
