Desired Candidate Profile
Determines operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions.
- Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code.
- Prepares and installs solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming.
- Performs specific and limited portions of a broader project assigned to a higher level Software Engineer; solicits input and expertise to carry out assignment correctly; emphasis is on following the software development process and adherence to standards in order to produce high quality software.
- Communicates technical issues within scope of assignment.
- Engages in continuous learning both on the job and through technical training in order to expand and enhance technical expertise and competency and keep pace with technology advancements.
Qualification & Requirement:
- B.E, BTech, MCA, BS, MS or PhD in Computer Science or related technical discipline (or equivalent)
- Extensive programming experience in one or more of the following: ASP.Net, C#, SQL Server & MVC, XML, JavaScript & AJAX C/C++, Java, Javascript/AJAX.
- Strong Object Oriented skills
- A solid foundation in computer science, with strong competencies in data structures and software design
- Teamwork, communication and leadership skills
Education:
UG: B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization, Computers, B.Sc - Computers
PG: M.Tech - Any Specialization, Computers, MCA - Computers, MS/M.Sc(Science) - Computers
