We are Hiring onroll - Shift Incharge for Warehouse operations-Fullfillment center Grocery Flipkart

Overview of the Role

  1. Responsible for the operations metrics of the fullfillment center

 2. Roster management according to the changing demand

  3.Fullfillment -inbound & outbound process

 Would be responsible for owning and delivering a set of task and activities related to Inbound of an FC operations

 Would be responsible for Inbound & outbound process of the material in Fullfillment Center.

Handling Multiple team members & Roaster Planning.

 Should aware of Six sigma,5S & Lean management

 Financial Maintain material Sanity

 Daily reconciliations of bulk and tables of tasks assigned

 Non - Financial Manage a team size equivalent to a single shift of the function assigned

 Ensure adherence of SOP for processes assigned

 Ensure delivery related to tasks/processes assigned

 Qualification:10th,12th & Graduation is mandatory

  Mandatory documents: Last 3 months payslips,All educational documents, offer letter & previous employer experience letter.

Experience: 5 to 8yrs in Warehouse operations

 CTC:upto 6 to 7.2LPA Based on current CT

Job Location:Medchal Grocery Warehouse Hyderabad

Skill:Inbound,outbound,warehouse operations,warehouse management,DC, Fullfillment center.

Shifts:Roatational
