Job Opening for IT Support/Desktop Support in (Mumbai Sewree/Mahul)

Position: IT Support/Desktop Support

Experience: 2 years of experience in IT support and services profile

Education/Qualification : Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems (IS) / Computer Science (CS) / Information Technology (IT) / Computer Engineering (CE) / Computer Applications (CA) from a recognized university .

Certification Criteria: Certification in Hardware, Services and Infrastructure / Network / Security / IT Management is preferred

Job Role:

a. Technical support to the users via Remote Control or Phone or in Person for software and hardware issues.

b. Coordination with Technical Leads, other support teams, Service providers and hardware vendors for timely resolution of cases as per specified SLAs.

c. L2 level technical support and monitoring for other IT Infrastructure and Services like Network, Security, Data Center operations, Server administration and Endpoint Management.

d. Other jobs falling in the ambit of IT / IT support / Services as assigned by BPCL Management.

Technical and Technical Support Engineering Skills.
