We are hiring for our Medical Billing Company a captive dental chain of the USA, we are a growing International KPO. We are opening a new branch in Hyderabad after Noida where company has 300+ employee strength
Potential candidate with Good English Communication Spoken and Written skills are preferable. Candidates prior worked in international process will be highly recommended.
Speaking directly to Clients in United State of America, therefore the candidate is expected to have strong communication skills who has handled International Clients.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Obtain client information by answering telephone calls; answering clients questions; verifying information.
- Determine eligibility by comparing client information to requirements.
- Establish policies by entering client information.
- Inform clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.
- Maintain communication equipment by reporting problems.
- Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.
- Update job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in educational opportunities.
- Accomplish sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
- Ensure complete participation and contribution in organization/process level initiatives that may be implemented from time to time to improve efficiency
