Sr. Software Engineer (Developer) - Noida @ Kronos Solutions

Description

• The engineer will be a part of engineering team for WFC product which implements new features in product and helps resolves issues faced by Kronos customers in their live environments via code fixes / minor enhancements.
• Participates in development, defect analysis, impact analysis activities and ensure quality and conformance to product standards.
• Develop expertise on workforce management domain and underlying architecture of the product.
• Interpret informal requirements descriptions and detail them for implementation by the team
• Keep updated with the technology concepts and ensure team compliance to best practices for coding.
• Achieve and maintain individual Sprint velocity.
• Proactively collaborate with stakeholders to ensure better Customer experience

Qualifications

• Graduate/ Post Graduate in Computer Science with at least 60% throughout academics
• 3 - 5yrs' IT experience
• More than 2yrs of relevant experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Java, XML
• Exp. in Object-oriented analysis, design and programming, database modeling, etc.
• Expertise in Javascript, Angular, AJAX and other Java presentation technologies, SOA and Web Services
• Good experience with Unit Testing processes and tools (JUnit)
• Hands-on experience with Design Patterns
• Exposure to database techniques/tools such as data modeling, Oracle, SQL, etc
• Conversant with platforms, tools and frameworks used in application development
• Exposure to Agile/SCRUM methodology and TDD (Test Driven Development)
• Excellent Debugging / Troubleshooting skills for quick problem solving
• Should have experience in solving java and database performance issues.
• Good Communication and Collaboration Skills
