Role Summary:
Role :
1.Breakdown and PM compliance
Ensuring minimum down time, Performing PM as per PM schedule, Updating the new equipment?s in SAP, Compliance to the PM schedule, Review of breakdown data, Submission of SAP data to QA.
2.Internal and External Audits and QMS compliance
Adherence to Internal and external audits timelines, Review of the documents for anytime audit ready, appropriate representatives from AE
3.Managing AMC's, CMC's and Service PO's for all Analytical equipment
Execution of AMC as per AMC terms and aligning AMC with PM schedule, Co ordination with vendor and user for PM activity.
4.Vendor Calibration Support
Co ordinating with user for vendor calibrations, Follow up with vendor for quotations, co coordinating with user and vendor for visit and completion of calibration,
5.New analytical installation and commissioning support
Ensuring pre requirements for installation, coordinating with vendor for installation and qualification, ensuring smooth completion of installation, co coordinating with SAP team to update in SAP, Shifting and re installation, Re Qualification support.
6.Inventory Management
Ensuring spares / consumables for Analytical equipments, maintaning recommended spares for critical equipments,
7.Safety Management System compliance
Ensuring safe handling of Analytical equipments, Periodic safety trainings, compliance to safety systems and audits,
8.Product change over activity
Co coordinating with user and vendor for exaction of change over with in timelines, Ensuring documentation for audits

Education/Qualification :
Diploma / B.Tech with 4 years? experience in Analytical Instrumentation
