Job Description
4+ year Team lead for Railways vertical with 3+ years in Railways vertical.
Software Skills: Catia (Must), Pro e, Auto cad
Design Knowledge:
Must be conversant with development of welding Fixture, Spotwelding, Assembly fixture, Tackles.
For various commodity of Coach Roof, Sidewall, under frame Bogie assembly. Celling assembly jigs, end wall, Hvac assembly, Skin panel welding, F1, Dummy bogie, cable carrier jig, Storage jigs and transfer jigs.
Robotic fixture design for above commodity will be added advantage.
Must be conversant with all commodity, assembly sequence and fixture planning, lay-outing etc. .
Rail coach maintenance workshops commoditys and lines.
Manipulators and indexers with automation.
Should have good manufacturing and process knowledge.
Roles and Responsibility:
Must be able to independently design the fixture.
Must have good communication skills to interact with customer.
Interact with customers and get design approvals for manufacturing.
Coordination with manufacturing team for release of projects to manufacturing.
Should follow checklist and proper revision controls for design release.
Will be responsible for all design deliverables both in terms of quality and time.
Involvement to provide concepts for pre sales/ tenders.
Must be a good team player agile to take up responsibilities.
Should be willing to travel to customer place for design approval and concept approvals as and when needed.
