Job brief
We are looking for a Customer accounts manager to manage day today day activities of clients, which include taking notes, managing port-folio of their business and contacts. Arrange meetings, represent on-behalf of client over email/telephone. Manage Finance and records keeping and follow-ups and sales creation.
Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Clients including:
Answering calls on behalf of client/customer
Looking after their portfolio and businesses
Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
Establish and enforce proper policies and principles
Provide recommendations
Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy
Meet financial accounting objectives
Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions
Requirements
Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases
Ability to manipulate large amounts of data
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to direct and supervise
Any Graduate with great command over spoken and written communication in English



Education:

UG:   B.Com - Commerce, Other Graduate

PG:  MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization, Other
