Job Description

Job Description (Functions/Activities):

  1. Preparing and Designing Sales & Marketing Documents (Videos, PPTs, PDFs, Word, Case Studies, White Papers, etc.) with support from Technical and Design Teams; Web Research for similar documents; Creating documents of global standards that can be used by the global clientele and partners; Publishing Document Versions and maintaining the same as repository; Regular upgradation of the Documents in parallel with the Services, Product and Solution upgrades; preparing Custom Sales Documents for specific Customers.
  2. Preparing Proposals for Prospects and Clients; preparing, managing and customizing Contracts with clients and partners.
  3. Supporting the Sales/Business Team members during their addressing the Prospects and Clients and Partners, globally, through the general coordination activities, documentation, attending to sessions and meetings with Sales to understand and later support the relationship.
  4. Provide end-to-endtechnical/sales/solutions support to the Sales/Business Team and help them extensively to win Business Deals. Take the ownership for converting business deals along with the Sales Team and keep a major stake in the Win. Should be pivotal in converting leads to closures.
  5. Conducting and managing the POC & Pilot assignments at client locations properly so that the Prospect gets the best experience with the delivered solutions/services during the POC stage and technically qualify ABS for the requirement.
  6. Supporting the Lead Generation Team for generating qualified leads effectively using standard and right techniques.
  7. Attend and Conduct Demonstration (Demo) and Presentations of the Services, Products and Solutions whenever required, for any client or partner. Attend client calls to understand the account and later do the coordination and support with Sales.
  8. Architecting the right Solutions for the Prospects/Clients by analyzing their requirements and mapping the same with our Software. Gap Analysis.
  9. Requirement Analysis: Collecting the requirements effectively from prospects and clients and summing/presenting them up into a document (SRS/SOW), Planning and proposing the right Solutions, Client Reviews, Sign-Off; Ensuring that the Technology Team delivers as per Clients Expectations and agreed-upon Specs.
  10. Conducting product/solutions/services related meetings with clients/partners by including Sales and Technology Teams if needed, manage the Accounts by providing required General Support and acting as the Pre-Sales SPOC for that Account from ABS regarding regular services that may be required for any client or partner. Sales and Technology Teams should be coordinated and be in sync.
  11. Customer Success Management: Playing a major role in providing right solutions to the clients and thereby resolving their business issues; Supervising, Executing and Coordinating all Customer Success Activities during and post the implementation of the ABS solutions, thereby ensuring successful implementation as per client expectations. Coordination between Technical and Business teams. Partly contribute in Account Management even after the Deal is done. Help in getting more Sales from the same client by overall handling the clients requirements and expectations.
  12. Coordinating & Supporting the Digital Marketing Exercises between the DM Team, Sales, Design and Technology Teams, Review the Marketing/Sales related Posts in Social Media in terms of Content, Design, Layout etc in sync with DM Team and then help in posting value-added information on the Social Media.
  13. General Coordination between various Teams (Business & Technology & Client/Partner) across the ABS office locations in India and Abroad and help maintain the proper coordination between the geographically separated teams. The objective is to provide best of services to the clients/partners world-wide as a unified team with common agenda.

SOFT SKILLS:

  • The candidate must possess excellent communication skills in English, Hindi as a must, and proficiency in any other language is a plus. He/She should possess good Listening, Speaking and Writing abilities.
  • The candidate should have good skills in handling esteemed clients, both Indian and International, in Software/IT industry.
  • The candidate should be smart enough to handle very critical situation at times during the Sales-Support Activities
  • The Candidate should possess good analytical skills in understanding the problems for the clients and partners, globally. And also document the same properly as requirements.
  • The Candidate should possess additional skills in managing international clients that are slightly different than the clients from India. Need to handle both types.
  • The candidate should be amicable in nature and customer friendly and should not have negative attitude and rudeness towards work and clients.
  • Should possess good inter-personal skills.
  • The candidate should be willing to do business travel, if need be.
