We at PeopleSense Management Consultants is actively looking for "Associate Consultant (Trainer)" Role with an Healthcare Industry.

Job Responsibilities:

Understanding the clients need for the project.

Understanding the Market need.

Understanding of our own experience.

Adding their own value to the content writing.

Making proposals for the clients.

Once Proposals are made, interact with the client further.

Closure to that particular client.

Helping in the product development process.

Looking after content development.

Training Delivery Protocols.

Taking charge of how will the service delivery be.

Looking for the trainer.

Co-ordinate with trainer for the particular training centers, training the trainer, what will the trainer speak, follow with the trainer, speak to the trainer explain him the training Etiquette. (Trainer Development).

Taking care of Implementation.

Taking care of who will do the monitoring for the same.

Taking care of Curriculum.

Background: Healthcare (Skilling), Nursing Content, Inroad Contacts networks within the nursing community.
