Designation: US Healthcare Recruiter/Sr. Healthcare Recruiter
Experience: 1-5 year's into US Healthcare Recruitment.
Salary Range- 3.60- 7.20 LPA + Huge Incentives
Shifts: 7 PM to 4 AM
Date of joining: ASAP
Role & Responsibilities:
- Will be working on direct Pharma/Healthcare client requirements related to Doctors, Nurses, Lab technicians etc(Healthcare Nursing)
- Recruit Nurses (Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, Licensed vocational nurse, Certified nursing assistant,Case Manager)
- Recruit Therapists (Physical therapist, Occupational Therapist,)
- Responsible for handling complete recruitment life cycle for Healthcare clients in the US.
- Responsible for searching and recruiting the candidates on various skills set as per the job specifications.
- Thoroughly understanding and working on the requirements of the client and fulfil them through various sources like job portals, references, headhunting, networking sites.
- Conducting initial interviews by phone to determine experience and skill level.
- Ensuring that adequate number of qualified candidates is submitted for all assigned client requirements in a timely manner.
- Responsible in mentoring team too in accordance with individual recruitment.
Candidate Profile:
- Excellent communication skills; including listening, verbal and written communication skills
- Should have worked with Healthcare/Pharma clients for Registered Nurse, LPN, manage care coordinator, vocational, Case Manager and occupational Nurse etc
- We are looking for stable resources that are looking for a long term opportunity.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Articulate, friendly, optimistic and success-driven
- Highly flexible self-starter, results-oriented, and persuasive
- Should have experience of recruiting US Candidates.
